EMF stands for Electromagnetic Field/Frequencies. These Electromagnetic Field/Frequencies or EMF’s for short, can cause radiation, static and a type of electronic “Smog” that can be harmful to the energy in a place, space or person.
Think of it this way. Your body is energy. Around your physical body is the Aura, which in itself, is an energy field. The energy output from the Electromagnetic Field/Frequencies can weaken your own energy field, virtually punching holes in it (this is the visual I get), therefore weakening the strength of your energy field.
Too much absorption of this invisible energy can have an adverse effect, particularly to the energy sensitive. EMF’s cause a myriad of physical manifestations such as Headaches, Depression, Memory Loss, Irritability, Chronic Fatigue, Loss of Energy, and a weakened Immune System.
Let me suggest some crystals and applications that may help to reduce, remove, and dissipate this EMF Fog.
This first suggestion I recently read in a book called, The Crystal Healing Book by DaEL Walker. After I read it, I did the old slap your forehead and say. “OH YEAH! SO SIMPLE! WHY DIDN’T I THINK OF THAT?”
DaEL Walker, from the Crystal Awareness Institute, has done extensive testing and research on Quartz crystals and their energy.
He suggests the following to help clear EMF’s from your space.
“Attach two clear quartz crystals at least one inch long, on the electrical cord of the appliance (computer, TV, microwave, radio, video gaming device, etc.) with the point of the crystal directed TOWARD the appliance. Attach with tape or plastic electrical strap.”
He suggests using this method on every electric and electronic appliance cord in your home.
I have been testing this method and I must say, the difference in incredible! Now every electrical cord in my home has this set up including all of my kitchen appliances!
You could also try some of the following suggestions. As with all things, do what works for you the best.
Crystals to aid in reducing EMF smog, static and radiation
Placing Sodalite, Black Tourmaline, Lepidolite and/or Amazonite around your computer and computer monitor to block and clear the EMF smog from invading your energy space.
Wear a clear Quartz pendant to help amplify and strengthen your own energy field, or try a Rainbow Fluorite pendant or bracelet to protect your energy field from absorbing the EMF’s.Smoky Quartz absorbs all types of electromagnetic smog/pollution. Place these pieces (natural or tumbled) between you and the source of EMF’s. Sit a piece of Selenite beside the Smoky Quartz. Selenite works to clear the Smoky Quartz, the area, and you–all at the same time!
Other crystals/stones that you may consider using would include:
Aventurine
Diamonds
Herkimer Diamond
Kunzite, Yellow
Jasper, Red/Brecciated
Rainforest Rhyolite
Shungite
Turquoise
Unakite
Try one, or a few in combination. When you start to feel relief, you will know that you have found the right combination for you.
